We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our HR operations team in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations and managing related employee data across various European countries. This position ensures smooth and efficient payroll processing in cooperation with foreign payroll providers, maintaining compliance with internal HR/payroll policies.
In this position, you will have the possibility to work in a hybrid working model from our office in Kaunas City Center or any other of your loved places.
ABOUT THE JOB:
Collect, track, and administer payroll data, time, and absences, compensation, and other benefits for employees in multiple European countries
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to employees and financial institutions
Maintain and verify payroll and HR transaction records in Workday, feeding accurate information into required payroll systems
Prepare and submit various payroll reports as required
Address and resolve complex employee payroll issues
Participate in payroll processes/systems improvement projects
Perform additional payroll administration activities as needed
ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field
2+ years in a similar position, with familiarity in payroll processing and compliance requirements, preferably within a European context
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with HR/Payroll systems is preferred but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian languages; knowledge of German is an advantage but not essential
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
