Your responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Providing payroll service to internal clients in Baltics ( Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia around 200 employees)
- Calculating salaries and making corrections (contracts of employment, civil contracts)
- Processing and updating new hires, terminations, compensation etc.
- Reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation
- Handling employee questions/requests related to payroll and time management
- Cooperation with other departments and external payroll providers in the Baltics
Your qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the payroll department
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of English (Russian and/or Latvian languages will be an additional advantage)
- Self-driven with a "can-do" attitude, proactivity, and strong organisational skills
