Employee requirements
At least 1 year of work experience in the field of employee search and selection;
Good knowledge of the Russian language (oral and written), knowledge of the English language is an advantage;
Constant interest and deepening of knowledge in the field of personnel selection;
Diligence, attention to details, ability to listen to the interlocutor;
Good computer skills.
Salary
1500-2400 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and results and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
