Nature of work

  • Carry out selections of employees with professional qualifications:
creation and placement of a job advertisement, CV analysis, interviews with candidates, evaluation of candidates;
  • Search of potential candidates through various channels;
  • Document management of third-party workers with migration.
  • Drafting of contracts.

Employee requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in the field of employee search and selection;
  • Good knowledge of the Russian language (oral and written), knowledge of the English language is an advantage;
  • Constant interest and deepening of knowledge in the field of personnel selection;
  • Diligence, attention to details, ability to listen to the interlocutor;
  • Good computer skills.

Salary

1500-2400 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and results and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
