What needs to be done
Currently, the company has 50 employees, and in the next couple of years, the plan is to double the volume of production and employees.
Work in Kelme, but if you live in Šiauliai, there is an opportunity to cooperate with other driving colleagues in one car or agree on fuel compensation.
- Active search, selection, evaluation of candidates and constant maintenance of contacts for production and administration personnel
- Smooth induction of new employees, organization of training
- Accounting of personnel data and documents, admission, dismissal, leave, employment contract conclusion, change, termination procedures
- Administration of occupational safety and health documents
- Reviewing and preparing the company's internal procedures and job regulations
- Fostering the company's internal culture, organizing internal events
- Communication with the local employment service, vocational schools, preparation of presentations
- Formation of the employer's image in the Kelme district

- At least 1 year of work experience in the position of personnel manager
