Main tasks:
  • Central steering of processes for fleet operations for central and market operations;
  • Design, test, roll-out and train new processes to enable smooth execution of all operations of involved parties;
  • Monitor, evaluate, optimize and standardize existing processes where needed;
  • Develop training concepts and provide trainings, incl. preparation and maintenance of training material in different formats;
  • Develop concepts for continuous improvement, process effectiveness & efficiency evaluation, governance & audits;
  • Establish BPM governance, standards, policies and procedures, tools and methods;
  • Inspire lean behavior and bring continuous improvement culture in the mindset of all employees, incl. management;
  • Leading and participating in projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar;
  • Professional experience in an Operations, Sales function or similar and experience in cross functional and intercultural groups;
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in process management;
  • Proven project management experience, preferably in an international environment;
  • Strong communication (moderation, presentation and negotiation) and human relation (coaching skills, team skills, conflict and stakeholder management, networking) skills;
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills;
  • Deep knowledge of problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
