Product Owner

Corepetitus is an ambitious EdTech company leading the tutoring sector through technology in Lithuania.

The company's goal is to be the No.1 choice for parents/ pupils when looking for help in school and to bring the best ecosystem for freelance tutors.

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner who takes responsibility for the roadmap of the product: from concept to launch and further.

Product Owner will work with cross-functional teams to contribute to our journey towards seamless user experience.

○ Lead CRM development while complying with best practice and standards;
○ Completely owning features/ updates, from idea stage, through development, to launch and maintenance in a fast-paced environment;
○ Analyse current workflows and procedures, gather requirements and offer solutions for improvement, create tasks for developers and test new features;
○ Document current and new procedures, functions, workflows;
○ Key elements that we constantly work on CRM wise: higher efficiency and solid interface design (UX/UI).

○ 3+ years of experience with product management or product ownership with a focus on digital products/ technologies;
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills;
○ Good sense of UX/UI and an understanding of the best design practices;
○ Proven ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team with developers and business teams.

○ A bachelor’s degree from a top university;
○ Experience in the EdTech sector.
