The Role
As a Product Support Specialist at Objectis, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of service our clients expect. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in consent compliance and to contribute significantly to the enhancement of user experience.
What You Will Do
- Provide Exceptional Support: Utilize the latest AI tools to offer assistance for our consent compliance software, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance efficiency.
- Research and Debug: Investigate unknown issues or bugs and communicate your findings to the development team for a swift resolution.
- Documentation: Create and update product-specific documentation based on testing outcomes and customer feedback to aid both internal and external users.
- Manage Customer Success: Oversee the customer success inbox, applying innovative strategies to monitor and optimize support.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the development and marketing teams, sharing insights on user experience to influence product enhancements.
What We Expect
- Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of browser developer tools; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Data Savvy: Knowledge in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Adaptability: Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in technical or customer support is considered advantageous.
