Job description

Lead the execution of projects from contract award through to final delivery.

Act as the main point of contact for the customer within CSUB for the project.

Plan and actively participate in processes related to design, engineering, fabrication, procurement, and logistics.
Monitor and report on project finances, progress, and quality.
Follow up on all QHSE aspects within the projects.
Ensure experience transfer internally and externally.
Contribute to continuous improvement of routines and methods within the organization.

Requirements
Relevant higher education in engineering and/or business/finance.
Minimum three years of experience as a Project Manager.
Strong commercial understanding and insight into complex contracts.
Experience with and/or interest in GRP and production follow-up is an advantage.
Good English skills, and preferably experience from international projects.
Independent, responsible, and results-oriented.
Strong collaboration skills and openness to new ideas.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Structured and dedicated to delivering projects in accordance with contract requirements.
Good business understanding.
Strong communication skills.
