About the role:
We are looking for a Project Manager in Data and Reporting Services Business Development department.
In the position as Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing Finance, Procurement, Risk and Data-related initiatives. You will be responsible for managing large, cross-border and cross-functional service quality and efficiency (process redesigns, systems replacements, setting up processes and systems for business transformations), and regulatory (IT and process change due to changing regulatory requirements) projects and initiatives, working with international teams, Domains and Tribes, and multiple stakeholders.

About the role:

In the position as Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing Finance, Procurement, Risk and Data-related initiatives. You will be responsible for managing large, cross-border and cross-functional service quality and efficiency (process redesigns, systems replacements, setting up processes and systems for business transformations), and regulatory (IT and process change due to changing regulatory requirements) projects and initiatives, working with international teams, Domains and Tribes, and multiple stakeholders.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Lead and drive assigned projects and initiatives,
- Foster effective relationships and manage stakeholders,
- Demonstrate value through service delivery, effective and transparent communication,
- Mobilize resources, plan and prioritize deliveries, report progress, escalate issues, manage risks, remove barriers,
- Secure timely and high-quality project deliveries.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Been part of an ever-changing environment. You get energy from driving improvements and can get others on board on your journey through excellent communication skills,
- A proven track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with customers / stakeholders,
- Experience in change management roles, driving complex projects and showing leadership skills,
- Finance, Procurement, Risk or Data management knowledge (as an advantage),
- Experience with IT solutions implementation (preferably in Finance, Risk, Procurement or Data areas),
- Knowledge of business development methods (Agile, Design Thinking, Project Steering),
- Highly developed ability to organize and structure work, prioritize, plan strategically and execute,
- Highly motivated and delivery focused, can work in volatile environments,
- Fluency in English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3000 - 5600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
