Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and procedures for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to enhance quality standards and reduce customer complaints
- Provide leadership in change management and contribute to strategic planning
- Lead projects for continuous quality improvement
- Oversee customer complaints, nonconformities, and CAPA processes
- Guide IT solutions to enhance quality systems
- Manage product verification, validation, and distribution processes
- Ensure employee training and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Act as liaison with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with QMS procedures.
Requirements:
- 8 years of overall experience, minimum 5 years of experience in an ISO and/or FDA Regulated industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred
- Supervisory experience with strong independent judgment skills
- Proficiency in project management
- Knowledge of quality engineering tools and statistical quality control techniques
- Familiarity with applicable domestic and foreign regulations
- Understanding of quality auditing techniques in FDA/ISO regulated environments preferred
- Familiarity with process validation techniques
- Basic understanding of sterilization processes
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 13485, and FDA CFR Part 820
- Greenbelt certification preferred; proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies required
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP Systems preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
