Responsibilities:
- Manage the Purchasing process to ensure on-time availability, within agreed inventory parameters, of Raw Material items
- Generate raw material purchase plan and issue to suppliers on a monthly basis
- In a close co-ordination with production planner and warehouse operations manage subcontracting process (e.g. cross-linking) to ensure on-time availability, within agreed inventory parameters
- Validate and convert system generated requisitions to firm purchase orders / stock transfer orders, communicate to vendor and file as required. Manage order-call off
- Monitor deliveries data to ensure accurate delivery dates are maintained at all times
- Conduct Inventory Analysis of purchased goods
- Review Raw Material safety stock levels and adjust as required including the management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Planning, Business Management, Supply Chain or similar technical field
- At least 1 year of significant work experience in materials planning or similar field
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of modern, effective production planning
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, as well as a keen attention to details
- Project management ,communication and team work skills
- English and Lithuanian language required.
