You will be responsible for:
- organization of team (5 employees) activities;
- development and implementation of sales strategy, support and development of cooperation with important clients;
- organization of store work, ensuring quality customer service;
- formation of product range and implementation of marketing initiatives;
- departmental accounting, documentation management, performance analysis and improvement of internal processes.
We hope you:
- has at least 2 years of management, B2B sales experience;
- understand electrical engineering products and the market;
- has a higher education (engineering or management field - an advantage);
- able to assemble a cooperative team, to see the strong competences of its individual members and enable them to achieve goals;
- able to create and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients;
- learn English;
- excellent computer skills (accounting programs, CRM, MS Office).

Salary
3000-4000 €/mon. gross
The fixed base salary of the position is indicated. Additionally, quarterly and annual bonuses are paid according to the company's reward system.
