Paysera is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to oversee the company's correspondent banking partnerships. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of Paysera's financial institution intermediaries to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate potential risks. Additionally, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.
Paysera is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to oversee the company's correspondent banking partnerships. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of Paysera's financial institution intermediaries to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate potential risks. Additionally, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.
Your key responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze information on financial institutions that Paysera wishes to open correspondent accounts with;
- Conduct Customer (Financial Institution) Activity Investigations (CFIAIs) to assess the risk of onboarding new financial institutions;
- Perform periodic reviews of Paysera's intermediaries and financial institutions with correspondent accounts;
- Provide recommendations for improving procedures related to your functions;
- Consult with other departments on the business activities of companies and whether a CFIAI is required;
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments;
- Review information provided by intermediaries about reportable clients and analyze them;
- Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
