Our client - AB “Akola Group” (ex. AB “Linas Agro Group”) - owns the largest agricultural and food production group in the Baltics, employing almost 5,000 people. The group operates along the entire food production chain from field to fork, producing, processing, and marketing agricultural and food products, and providing goods and services to farmers. The group's financial year starts in July, and its revenue for the last financial year was almost EUR 2 billion. The company is growing and is currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to join their team.
Job description:
- Be one of the contributors in preparing and delivering annual and interim reports of the Group, arranging presentations and other type of materials to the internal and external stakeholders;
- take part in coordinating the internal sustainability reporting processes in the Group in cooperation with colleagues of the subsidiaries;
- ensure timely data collection from internal stakeholders, be able to challenge and validate the accuracy of the information gathered in collaborative manner;
- provide administrative assistance by relieving executives and team members of detail-oriented work, take care of document organization from time to time;
- undertake peer benchmarking to assess Group performance
Requirements:
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration or similar field;
- 1-2 years similar work experience;
- general understanding of financial and sustainability reporting;
- analytical skills, ability to handle complex information, identify errors as well as present figures in systematic approach;
- ability to organize work to meet deadlines and time sensitive requests/projects;
- solid communication skills, willingness to share your knowledge and help others;
- fluency in English, as well as Lithuanian;
- proficiency with MS Office tools.
