Overall role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to join our team in Lithuania. The role will report to the Head of Sales based in Poland and will be responsible for driving the sales strategy in the Lithuanian market and integrate our seven employees in Baltic region (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia).

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales and team management. In this region Head of Sales is responsible for strategy and Sales Manager will support Head of Sales in execution of the strategy.


Main Responsibilities


  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Head of Sales in Poland to implement the sales strategy in Baltic region, aligning with the company's overall objectives and targets. Promoting IMI HE brand by working with the customers in Lithuania.
  • Team Leadership: Integrate, motivate, and develop a team of seven direct reports, to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the customer base within the HVAC industry in Lithuania.
  • Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to the sales strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and evaluate sales performance in Salesforce (including customers, orders and projects), support in sales forecasts preparation, and report on progress to the Head of Sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Baltic team, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.

Requirements

The Person


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a strong understanding of the Lithuanian market and industry dynamics.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry trends.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of successful sales strategy implementation and achievement of targets.
  • Analytical and results-oriented approach to sales management.
  • High level of computer literacy e.g. MS Office, CAD, software supporting HVAC design.
  • Native Lithuanian and Fluent English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in conducting technical presentations
  • Driving license of B cat. Regular travels are required on this role.
  • Location: The role is based in Vilnius in Lithuania
