We are currently seeking a talented: Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

• Be a key player in our brand-new Salesforce implementation, shaping the project from the ground up and influencing its development direction.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other business systems.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user management, data imports, and system customization.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure optimal use of Salesforce.
• Be the owner of the solution from a technical perspective

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer (at least 2-3 years)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Good understanding of software development process and best practices.
• Great communication skills to be able to collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Good English and Russian language skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 4000€ - 4800€ (before tax). The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
