In this role, you will work on projects related to Micro Array technology. This includes:
A) implementation of assay changes,
B) troubleshooting reagent issues
C) technology improvement and optimization.
Our team works in close collaboration with manufacturing, QC and quality control locally and with colleagues globally. Key Responsibilities
- Implement changes into current assays. Design, plan and run experiments, align requirements with the collaborators and update documentation.
- Prepare protocols and reports for validation studies, stability studies.
- Troubleshoot reagent related issues, identify root cause, propose and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze data and experimental results, provide scientific interpretation and conclusions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
- Continuously improve hands-on experience with relevant laboratory methods.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in our team as well as colleagues in other sites.
- Handle administrative tasks required for work in the laboratory. (Ordering reagents, maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness and order in the lab, etc.)
Education:
- PhD in life science field or similar experience.
Experience:
- 4+ years of research and hand-on lab experience.
- Scientific data analysis.
- Technical presentations.
Knowledge, skills, abilities:
- Ability to work alongside colleagues from different backgrounds.
- Ability to design and carry out experiments independently with own initiative.
- Good presentation skill, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English.
