Your focus will be to drive an Agile mindset and way of working in all software development teams within the Credit risk tribe. As a Scrum Master, you will do anything possible to help the teams perform at their highest level. To achieve this, you will need to ensure that Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving changes in the way of working in Credit Risk tribe and ensuring that main scrum principles are followed
  • Facilitating meetings, and driving communication within the teams and with other tribes
  • Building relationships and cooperating with key stakeholders and product owners
  • Monitoring team deliveries through JIRA/Confluence
  • Removing any impediments to progress
  • Driving improvements on all IT processes which impact the teams.

You’ll be the right fit if you:

  • Have a proven experience in agile methodologies while leading the agile software development pro-cess
  • Understand the complexity of IT processes and systems
  • Can easily and effectively communicate across IT and business organizations
  • Have an analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Can deal with uncertainty around business requirements
  • Take ownership and drive things to completion in a structured, innovative and long-term solution-oriented manner
  • Are fluent in English.

The monthly salary range for this position: 1900 - 3600 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.

The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
