As a Security Officer you will:
- Working according to SEB Group security policies and procedures
- Identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities in existing systems and processes
- Ensuring compliance with applicable security laws and regulations governing the financial industry
- Providing expertise and guidance to the organization, setting security requirements, ensuring fire and civil safety
- Ensuring relationships with external partners and vendors, to make sure systems are managed in accordance with set security requirements
- Overseeing, maintaining, designing, and building integration of security systems equipment including, but not limited to, Access Control/Intrusion Detection, CCTV Surveillance, Fire alarm systems. You must be willing and able to work in all related disciplines, at all levels; from technology research to system design and layout, oversight of construction and implementation, as well as maintenance and upgrades over the life of the system
- Providing regular reports on the state of security to Management
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Solid background in the security field, at least 5-7 years of experience in a global company in a highly regulated industry
- In-depth knowledge of physical security technologies, practices, and procedures and a proven record and experience of remediating security issues and experience from guiding the business in the security risk and regulatory landscape.
- To be able to balance risk management with a pragmatic business approach, are solution-oriented, pro-active and you have a “get things done” attitude and can multi-task and prioritize activities to secure a long-term roadmap.
- To be socially adaptable and an efficient team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills, have high integrity and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in security or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Fire safety specialist, Civil safety specialist, are a plus.
- Fluent in English as you will work across our global network.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2400 - 3600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
