Main goal of the position:
DiPocket Group is a European Embedded Financial Services provider, complementary to and independent from banks, offering payment and technology infrastructure to corporates, fintech and even smaller credit institutions. Use cases include, amongst others, solutions for funds disbursement, corporate purchases, employee benefits, gift cards, which DiPocket is able to offer both in the EEA and the UK. We are currently looking for a Senior AML analyst to be based in our Lithuanian hub.
What would you do?
- Be responsible for onboarding and ongoing review (ODD) of business clients – analysis of KYB documentation provided by the customer or obtained from official sources to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Be part of on-site reviews for potential business clients.
- Assist in review of Client Risk Scoring, Client Identification and KYB/KYC documentation oversight requirements.
- Assist in review and testing of other AML-related processes.
- Maintaining contact with business units responsible for communication with customers to obtain information about customer's activity.
- Identification of suspicious and unusual activity, preparation of a summary of investigation and overview of customer’s activity and escalation to MLRO where necessary.
- Contribution to a good working environment by taking on a positive and constructive approach in cooperation with colleagues and giving honest feedback ensuring the drive of high performance in the unit.
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to investigate and resolve AML issues and share best practices.
What would we expect from you?
- University degree in law, economics, finance management, IT or similar is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience working in AML/CTF/Sanctions area.
- Fluent English skills.
- Suitable interpersonal skills: trustworthiness, ability to maintain confidentiality and to manage sensitive information.
- Ability and willingness to train, support and coach others, the ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and demanding environment
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset and attention to details.
- High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, legal acts, and requirements.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
