Explore the Corporate finance world with Industry & Corporate Analysis team (I&CA). We are a curious team fascinated with giving best-in-class lending advice to our internal stakeholders and large corporate customers. Almost one-fourth of all loans granted to the Corporates in the Baltics are analyzed by us, making us one of the most influential teams in the corporate lending market. Our deep industry knowledge, financial know-how, and experience enable the bank to make the right and balanced credit decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Credit analysis of the largest corporate clients in Lithuania and Baltic countries (including writing reports, financial modelling, and forecasts)
- Industry-specific analysis and presentation of your recommendations to many stakeholders within SEB
- Deal structuring/restructuring, debt sizing and advisory to corporate customers
- Asset and business valuation
You’ll be the right fit if you are/have
- An eager-to-learn personality willing to proactively share your know-how with your colleagues and customers.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of credit analysis
- University degree in Economics or Finance. CFA accreditation would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting (local GAAP, IFRS) and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Lithuanian and English languages
- Ability to work under time pressure in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
