As a Senior Lawyer you will be:
- Coordinating the legal function in the field of e-commerce (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
- Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with the requirements of legal acts.
- Assessment of the company's legal risks related to the company's activities, preparation of conclusions and proposals.
- Consulting and assisting company employees in the preparation of documents on various legal issues (contracts, sales, consumer complaint handling, advertising, personal data protection, work, etc.).
- Preparing, reviewing, correcting the company's internal procedure documents.
- Coordinating the preparation of responses to consumer complaints.
- Representing the company's interests in courts, institutions and in relations with other persons.

Sounds interesting? We expect you to:
- Have 5 years of legal work experience in the private sector, law firm, retail or e-commerce company would be an advantage (formulate either as a mandatory requirement / or as an advantage);
- Have good understanding contract law, personal data protection issues, consumer law, advertising law and labor law;
- Have experience in applying the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts that regulate the company's activities in the specified areas of responsibility in practice;
- Have good skills in drafting contracts and other legal documents;
- Able to manage, systemise, summarise information and prepare legal conclusions, summaries, contracts and other legal documents necessary for the implementation of projects;
- Have analytical and strong legal reasoning skills;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Have ability to work in a very dynamic environment of a group of companies;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
