Senior SAP consultant

Your Responsibilities:

Act as an expert consultant, guiding the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Solutions within the functional domain.
Partner with business stakeholders, collaborating closely to understand their needs and requirements within the functional domain.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver successful SAP projects.
Define and document Solution designs or Specifications for features, business processes, and integrations.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and prepare for solution designs.
Identify and align cross-module dependencies and solutions for seamless integration.
Create test scenarios to ensure the quality of the delivered SAP solution.
Lead and ensure the implementation of the solution according to the defined design.
Maintain accurate and sufficient system documentation within the functional domain.
Review and approve solution designs provided by third-party vendors.
Assess and ensure the quality of solutions delivered by third-party vendors.
Analyse the impact of application upgrades and provide support during the process.
Stay up to date with the latest SAP advancements and best practices.
Improve service quality and propose system enhancements for more efficient IT operations and business processes.
Mentor and support Junior consultants in their professional growth within the SAP domain.
Comply with the requirements of the legislation on Occupational Safety and Health of the Republic of Lithuania.
Comply with other lawful instructions of the administration.

Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users and project teams.
Experience in system maintenance and support activities for SAP environments.
