SEO Manager

My name is Adelina Kiškytė, and I am leading Digital Content and SEO team. We are a diverse team of strong and energetic leaders, passionate about our customers, technology and Telia. Right now I am looking for a SEO Manager to join my team of professionals in Vilnius!

As a SEO Manager, your main responsibility and challenge will be to create and manage SEO strategy. Additionally, you will be working closely with peers and other business units (digitalization, commerce, marketing teams) to identify business needs and ensure that SEO strategy is supplementing sustainable online business growth.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Developing and implementing SEO strategies that contribute to overall business goals
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results to stakeholders
• Working closely with a SEO agency, content creators, developers, designers, and other teams to implement SEO best practices across all digital assets
• Conducting SEO researches and ensuring website content optimization
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO algorithms and practices.

• Able to work autonomously as well as in collaboration with others
• Have strong sense of ownership
• Stay cool in stressful situations.

Your experience and skills:

• Previous experience as a mid/senior-level SEO Specialist
• Expert knowledge of SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Sitebulb or similar (certificated would be an advantage)
• Strong understanding of an on-site and off-site SEO
• Solid technical SEO knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-based decisions
• Experience in building SEO reports
• Ability to operate in highly complex and rapidly changing environment
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages (written and spoken).

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 3100 – 4100 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
