Job desription:
- Technical maintenance and repair of main and auxiliary ship engines;
- Servicing and repairing mechanical equipment on ships;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions;
- Performing precise measurements of engine components;
- Leading a repair team, distributing tasks;
- Completing service reports and measurement cards in English;
- Traveling on business trips abroad - 2/3 of working time.
We expect you to:
- Have technical education;
- Have experience in the repair of engines and other ship mechanisms;
- Be able to read engine technical documentation and drawings;
- Be proficient in computer usage (for filling out repair reports);
- Be skilled in using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers);
- Have knowledge of the English language (technical);
- Have a Seaman's Book / SEAMAN'S BOOK (an advantage).
