Nature of work
Management of the construction project from the beginning of the design to the commissioning of the object, preparation of the budget and implementation schedules and control of execution;
Design organization and management, communication with architects, designers, contractors, coordinating institutions. control of the implementation of the construction part of the project;
Organization of tenders for contractors and subcontractors, selection control, conducting negotiations with them;
Communication with state institutions in solving issues related to project development;
Organization of preparation of project documents and development reports.

Employee requirements
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects (EUR 5 million and more), experience in managing logistics building projects - an advantage;
Experience of working as a project manager from the beginning of the design of the real estate object to the handover for operation;
Knowledge of the processes, technologies and legal acts regulating them;
Proficiency in English both orally and in writing.
