Requirements:
- A degree in quality management, logistics, or supply chain management, or currently studying in these fields.
- At least two years of managerial experience in retail, supply chain, or quality assurance.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and understanding of IT systems.
- The ability to prioritize tasks for both the team and yourself.
- A hunger for new knowledge.
- Experience working in a matrix structure (LEAN, Agile) would be advantageous.
- Holding a Quality standard certificate (e.g., BRCGS, FSC22000, IFS, ISO 9001) would be advantageous.
As the Supply Chain Quality and Service Manager and BRCGS Storage and Distribution Leader in Lithuania, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and enhance quality control processes in distribution centers, adhering to Rimi quality standards.
- Manage supply chain customer service operations.
- A quality assurance for Distribution Centre.
- Organize and oversee the daily activities of the supply chain support unit.
- Act as a mentor and manager for a team of three members.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and lead changes in the field.
- Monitor and update internal company standards and documentation.
- Improve collaboration between Baltic countries and serve as the central contact person for supply chain development topics.
- Lead projects at the Baltic level.
