Job Summary

As a Support PHP Developer, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Support team, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, providing timely solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Support to enhance user satisfaction and product functionality.
Develop and maintain code fixes, patches, and updates to address reported problems.
Participate in code reviews and offer insights to enhance code quality and system performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and issue resolution processes

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laravel framework and JavaScript for effective problem-solving and development.
Strong skills for PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Experience in debugging and resolving software defects to maintain product reliability.
Strong understanding of web application architecture and development principles.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code and solutions.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
