You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

Analysing & Supporting Projects: Providing analytical support to the sustainability team in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Conducting detailed analyses of sustainability projects, including benchmarking, reviewing regulations, sustainability standards and similar.
Managing & Reporting Data: Collecting, managing, and analyzing sustainability data, preparing reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, and highlighting project progress, impacts, and outcomes.
Engaging Stakeholders: Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success, facilitating communication to increase sustainability awareness and engagement across the organization and to drive internal buy-in from key stakeholders.
Policy & Compliance: Assisting in the review and development of corporate sustainability policies and practices. Ensure projects comply with local, national, and international sustainability standards and regulations.

Required for this position:

Understand the principles of sustainability, know what ESG is and why it is relevant for business, are familiar with sustainability frameworks, standards, and regulations
Have 2+ years of experience in project management and/or data analysis in sustainability, environmental management or a related field
Have a degree corresponding to the nature of this position
Possess strong analytical skills with a proven ability to assess complex data and deliver actionable insights
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners
Have excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and understand the elements of a convincing presentation
Speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English
Can manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.

Salary range for this position group is 2560 to 3840 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
