About the role:
- Manage the overall screening and interviewing process for various positions
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing job descriptions and managing job postings
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods, implement candidate attraction ideas
- Collaborate with different hiring managers
- Participate in Learning and Development Projects
- Participate in global HR Projects
About you:
- Experience in HR related field
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Proactive mindset
- Competence to establish effective working relationship
- Ability to adapt to fast changes
