Join-us in our Talent Management team at Global Services in Vilnius and help us to facilitate a wide range of processes – from talent identification and review to workforce planning, performance management, annual employee insights and ad-hoc surveys with a quality data compilation, analytics and/or coordination of respective systems settings thereof.

What you will be doing
You will be part of the Talent Management team at SEB Global Services in Vilnius who is in charge of ensuring quality in end-to-end deliveries of data sets and insights thereof as well as setting of the respective system functionalities.

As a data & systems coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Compiling and aggregating various data sets,
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy by cooperating with data entry specialists,
  • Performing regular and ad-hoc data analytics and preparing reports with insights,
  • Preparing the end-user instructions to facilitate periodical or ad-hoc global Talent Management processes,
  • Indulging into the Talent Management systems' functionalities and settings in search for efficiency, data interlinking and/or better end-user experience,
  • Identifying areas for processes review, automation or IT solutions development opportunities in collaboration with the Business Analyst for global Talent Management.

Who we are looking for:

  • University education (bachelor's degree)
  • Experience in data administration, coordination and analytics type of role (experience in HR analytics area would be considered an advantage)
  • Interest in HR area and its trends
  • Ability to multitask and yet have an overall process view at the back of the mind
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to suggest new ideas and take ownership for its implementation
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Excellent command in English

Monthly salary range for this position: 1800 - 2700 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
