Responsibilities and duties

The main duty of the position is to ensure the company sources quality and affordable services and not - for sale goods in a reasonable time. The position reports to the General Procurement Manager Baltics.

Position will be based in our Kaunas, Lithuania office

Interact with companies’ key stakeholders in identifying business needs and cost reduction possibilities.
Analyze business category specifications and technical requirements data, market sourcing results - and manage supplier selection process.
Collaborate with corporate business category managers in procurement projects including spend data delivery and cost reduction possibilities.
Negotiate with existing and new suppliers on commercial terms and conditions to produce better savings and further value for spend.
Prepare, track, and manage monthly savings and cost reductions activities and reports.
Support GP Manager in implementing of procurement processes to ensure corporate policies, processes efficiency and cost savings.
Support and assist to key stakeholders in procurement processes to ensure compliance with company procedures and best procurement practice.
Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.

To succeed in this role, you needeed

At least 2-3 years of prior experience as a General Procurement (Purchasing) specialist or similar financial data analyst position.
Experience in corporate company business culture and processes would be beneficiary.
To be well organized, meet deadlines, and be able to cope with complexity of tasks.
Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as to be a team player.
Expert skills in Excel; experience with Power BI or other business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
Accuracy, patience, detail orientation, and positive work attitude.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
