What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using the .NET framework or .NET Core.
- Manage database design and administration, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Develop and maintain applications using Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and microservices architecture.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like TeamCity and Azure DevOps.
- Utilize containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Apply design patterns to build scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and IT teams to create seamless and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and coach a team of software developers, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET and databases.
- Proven experience in event-driven and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and their application.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set clear goals, manage team workloads, and inspire team members.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a curious mind and a passion to innovate.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Rest API design and development.
- Proficiency in SPA development with frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Knowledge of implementing security best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
