About:

Major Responsibilities:
- Interface with many of Dana’s major customers and suppliers to ensure accurate and complete tooling information is provided in a timely manner using multiple systems
- Work closely with Plant Controllers, Project Managers, Quality Managers, Purchasing and Sales to coordinate collection of funds and alignment of customer requirements to keep projects on track and understand delays
- Track customer paid tooling projects for North American plants using financial and accounting expertise according to company policies, procedures and objectives
- Communicate and follow-up with all relevant parties involved in the process to ensure timely completion and reimbursement of tooling funds
- Work together and coach other members of the Tooling COE group
- Compile, analyze and report financial and accounting data on a monthly basis
- Perform customer audits as required
- Ensure relevant controls and best practices are intact for the tooling process
- Provide explanations and information to all levels of the organization on difficult issues
- Interface with senior management by providing formal presentations on activities or projects
- Takes ownership of own development and proactively develops new skills and approaches in anticipation of changing business needs

Qualifications:
- Experience in a shared service or plant operations environment is preferred
- Possess strong Microsoft Office expertise
- Very good English skills
- Flexible schedule - must be able to travel and work extra hours when necessary
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
