UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our complex business applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in designing usable interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, AI specialists, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and user needs.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis (including analysis of data generated by AI tools) to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, as well as AI-powered design assistants.
  
• Design responsive and adaptive user interfaces that adhere to best practices and design standards for desktop and mobile platforms, leveraging AI-driven insights and recommendations.
  
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive design language across all products and platforms, with the potential to incorporate AI-generated design elements.
  
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from user testing, stakeholder reviews, and AI-driven analyses.
  
• Collaborate with developers and AI specialists to ensure successful implementation of designs and integration of AI capabilities.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, best practices, and advancements in AI-driven design.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the design of complex business applications.
  
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar wireframing and prototyping tools.
  
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, user experience best practices, and usability guidelines.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that balance aesthetics and functionality.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a willingness to iterate and adapt to changing requirements.
  

Optional Requirements:

• Experience with AI-powered design tools or assistants (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Claude, ChatGPT).
  
• Familiarity with AI-driven design processes, such as generating design ideas or prototypes using AI models.
  
• Ability to interpret and integrate AI-generated design recommendations or elements into final designs.
