Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the validation team, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Oversee resources to ensure effective implementation of team goals and tasks
- Serve as a Quality Resource for new product development and ongoing product improvement initiatives
- Participate in both external and internal audits, including vendor audits
- Lead investigations and implement solutions for assigned Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
- Participate in the disposition process for non-conforming materials as needed
- Plan, execute, and document studies for process capability, validation, and improvement
- Act as a Quality Resource for Change Control Requests and conduct relevant training sessions
- Collaborate with Value Stream Process Engineers to identify and resolve quality issues
- Manage test equipment and measures used by the team
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of overall work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or equivalent field with a Master’s degree, or 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Computer Science (IT), or related field required. Master’s Degree is preferred
- Supervisory experience with excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, and FDA Regulations
- Familiarity with "Lean" and "Six Sigma Black Belt" methodologies preferred
- Proficient in technical writing with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of ERP Systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Excel)
- Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian languages required
