Intro
Join our team as an Accountant (Bank Operations) and play a key role in managing daily financial transactions across international accounts. You’ll handle bank reconciliations, process invoices, and ensure accuracy throughout billing and reporting activities. Working closely with colleagues across different countries, you’ll contribute to smooth accounting operations, timely closings, and reliable financial performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing bank operations, including processing transactions, monitoring account balances, and reconciling bank statements
- Handling sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing processes
- Reconciling customer debt balances, resolving discrepancies and maintaining up-to-date records
- Participating in monthly closing procedures
- Communicating proactively with internal customers across other countries, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed
- Assisting with other accounting tasks.
We expect You to have:
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Additionally, experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central program would be considered an advantage
- Good English language proficiency
- A proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
