We are looking
We’re growing our finance team and looking for someone who’s good with numbers and likes things to be in order.
You’ll be someone who can take care of accounting tasks, keep things accurate, and help the team stay organized. At the same time, we appreciate people who notice things, suggest improvements, and don’t just “do the task”, but think a bit wider.

Get ready to
- Take care of supplier invoices, payments, and AP/AR processes, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Handle account reconciliations (AP, AR, bank) and help resolve any differences.
- Support daily bookkeeping and help keep things organized.
- Be involved in monthly closings and assist with financial reporting.
- Help prepare financial data and ensure everything is accurate and reliable.
- Support the team with accounting-related questions when needed.
- Ensure timely reporting to financial institutions and tax authorities.
- Work with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Contribute to improving processes and bringing more structure over time.
We expect you to
- Solid accounting experience, ideally in a smaller or growing company environment.
- Experience with financial reporting and a good understanding of how numbers translate into business decisions.
- Some experience organizing work or supporting others in the team.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work independently.
- Hands-on experience with Business Central (BC) — this is important for us.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
