Essential Functions:
Assisting with payroll:
- Verify and calculate staff weekly payroll;
- Generate bills and invoices in the QuickBooks accordingly;
- Preparing detail weekly pay states;
- Resolving payments related issues or inquiries;
- Take on additional accounting responsibilities as you grow within the role.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of accounting experience or a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proficient English skills (B1+ — B2);
- Ability and willingness to learn;
- Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines;
- Previous experience in logistics field would be a plus.
