Accounts Payable Accountant

Play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant Accounts Payable operations. As part of our Finance team, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, take ownership of AP processes across one or more entities, and ensure correct asset administration, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

• Own day‑to‑day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing
  
• Process invoices end‑to‑end, from receipt to on‑time payment
  
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service
  
• Ensure compliance with policies while continuously improving ways of working
  
• Deliver accurate, high‑quality results in line with defined KPIs
  
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and automation in AP processes
  
• Support month‑end close activities related to Accounts Payable
  
• Contribute to a strong continuous improvement culture within the team

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
  
• Basic understanding of end‑to‑end finance and accounting processes
  
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
  
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills
  
• Confident communicator who works well independently and in teams
  
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
  
• High standards for quality, accuracy, and delivery
  
• Experience working with SAP and/or IFS ERP systems would be considered an advantage

Monthly Salary:

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,000 to 2,700 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
