Your Role:
- Support the planning and production of payment runs for assigned clients, under guidance from senior team members, to help meet SLAs and performance targets related to invoice processing.
- Assist in collecting and processing invoices and required documentation in a timely manner, following Company and Client procedures.
- Help track and monitor tax deadlines and obligations for assigned clients, escalating upcoming due dates to seniors to avoid late payments.
- Support the process of presenting documents to Signatories and following up on returns for processing.
- Check purchase invoices for basic accuracy against VAT and regulatory requirements, flagging discrepancies to senior staff.
- Ensure payment-related documents and correspondence are filed and stored correctly in internal systems.
- Follow established Transaction Monitoring, Compliance, KYC, and Payment Security procedures, seeking guidance when uncertain.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks as part of the team's daily operations.
- Contribute observations on process inefficiencies to seniors/managers, rather than independently driving process changes.
About you:
- You have College or University degree.
- Attentive to details, accurate and result driven.
- Possess very good computer (Microsoft Office packages) and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and switch between the tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
