AI Transformation Lead

Unlimited Carrier is a U.S.-based trucking and logistics company providing logistics planning, accounting, IT support, financial analysis and other services remotely.

We are looking for a bright and curious minded individual to join our team as an AI Transformation Lead and help drive AI innovation and digital transformation across the global organization.

This role combines both strategy and hands-on execution. You will identify opportunities where AI can create real business value, shape the AI roadmap, coordinate implementation together with IT team, and help employees adopt AI tools in their day-to-day work.
We are looking for a business-oriented transformation leader with strong technology understanding, curiosity about AI trends, and the ability to turn ideas into practical business solutions.

As an AI Transformation Lead You will

• Shape and continuously develop the company’s AI transformation roadmap and project portfolio.
  
• Identify AI and automation opportunities across different business areas.
  
• Translate business needs into AI concepts, business cases, and technical requirements.
  
• Work closely with IT and business teams to implement AI initiatives.
  
• Coordinate AI projects from idea to launch, testing, and adoption.
  
• Help employees work smarter using AI tools such as Claude, AI agents, and automation solutions.
  
• Organize workshops, training, and internal AI knowledge-sharing sessions.
  
• Promote AI adoption and build an AI-driven culture within the organization.
  
• Stay up to date with AI, automation, and digital transformation trends and bring new ideas to the business.

We expect You to have

• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, automation, or related roles.
  
• Practical experience working with AI tools and automation solutions.
  
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  
• Experience coordinating projects across business and IT teams.
  
• Analytical and structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working with backlog/project management tools
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to drive change and support AI adoption within the organization.
  
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
