The Analyst, Operational Intelligence & Continuous Improvement supports the identification, analysis, and implementation of opportunities that improve operational performance, customer experience, and business effectiveness.
This role combines analytics, reporting, process improvement, and transformation support. Working closely with Operational Intelligence leadership and stakeholders, the consultant helps convert data into actionable insights and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,083 – 2,916 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.

The Analyst, Operational Intelligence & Continuous Improvement supports the identification, analysis, and implementation of opportunities that improve operational performance, customer experience, and business effectiveness.
This role combines analytics, reporting, process improvement, and transformation support. Working closely with Operational Intelligence leadership and stakeholders, the consultant helps convert data into actionable insights and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement recommendations.
- Support transformation and operational excellence initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, and project execution.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste, reduce variation, and improve process performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses and investigations related to operational performance and customer experience.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations that support business decision-making.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance, and other business teams to gather requirements and evaluate business opportunities.
- Participate in value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and process improvement workshops.
- Measure, monitor, and report benefits realization for improvement initiatives.
- Document business processes, requirements, findings, and recommendations.
- Support implementation and change management activities associated with transformation initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and executive-ready materials summarizing analyses and recommendations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, analytics capabilities, and operational processes.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in analytics, operational excellence, continuous improvement, consulting, or business operations.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
- Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar analytical tools.
- Experience developing dashboards, performance reporting, and data visualizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial services, fintech, payments, operations, customer experience, or consulting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver moderate-complexity projects and contribute to larger transformation initiatives.
