Application System Administrator

Main Purpose of the Job

We are looking for Application System Administrator who can become the internal operational owner of one of our application platform. The person must be technically credible, but must also understand end-user needs, improve how the platform is operated, design secure access, identify automation opportunities, and communicate effectively with business users, vendors, and developers.


What can you expect your day to look like?

• Manage application and environment administration (users, roles, permissions, profiles, setup tables).
• Master data and control support in coordination with business owners.
• Release coordination, defect triage, and follow-up of incidents and vendor tickets.
• Monitor system health, recurring issues, and support backlog.
• Prepare documentation, admin procedures, and key support work instructions.
• Support testing cycles, user onboarding, and go-live hypercare.
• Maintain disciplined change logging and escalation paths.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other ERP/TMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with access rights, environment setup, release coordination, and ticket handling.
• Good understanding of business processes and operational system support.
• Experience in cutover, go-live support, or hypercare environments.
• Experience communicating directly with end users and translating their issues into technical cases.
• Basic SQL / reporting understanding and data quality control.
• Structured way of working, ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently while following agreed governance and escalation paths.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain operations is considered as an advantage.

• Base monthly salary: From 3350 to 4190 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
