Role Overview
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive the growth of Light Business Line vehicle sales across the Baltic region. In this role, you will act as a professional partner and advisor to dealer networks, representing the manufacturer and ensuring strong market performance.
This is a dynamic position combining sales, product management, and technical coordination, with a high degree of independence and real impact on business results.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Dealer Development
Market & Performance Management
Product & Technical Scope (Minor part in role)
- Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability in the assigned region
- Manage and support dealer network performance (planning, target setting, execution)
- Act as a professional support partner to dealers and represent the manufacturer
- Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives (campaigns, events, product presentations)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Market & Performance Management
- Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and customer analysis
- Manage KPIs, pricing strategies, and campaign performance
- Forecast sales, orders, and align with commercial planning and logistics
Product & Technical Scope (Minor part in role)
- Manage and adapt product portfolio based on market needs
- Coordinate vehicle body solutions with approved bodybuilders
- Ensure homologation processes and documentation for vehicle registration
- Prepare and deliver product training for internal teams and partners
- Maintain technical documentation (catalogues, specifications, instructions)
What We Expect
- Previous experience in automotive industry (sales or technical background required)
- Experience in B2B sales and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage dealer relationships and work in an international environment
- Analytical mindset with focus on results and business growth
- Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel (significant part of time)
