Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for drivers, mechanics, and other operational positions.
- Communicate with candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess their experience and motivation.
- Present job opportunities and employment conditions in a clear and professional way.
- Coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process until employment.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and support active sourcing when needed.
- Work closely with colleagues and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience in recruiting drivers, mechanics, or other transport-sector employees.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present and promote job opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively with incoming candidates and proactively approach potential candidates when needed.
- A result-oriented mindset and the ability to organize your work independently.
- Very good English and Russian language skills.
