We are looking for Automation Analyst, to join our Technical Development Team in Vilnius.

We are looking for Automation Analyst, to join our Technical Development Team in Vilnius.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between finance operations and RPA Factory
- Handle change requests and coordinate with RPA Factory
- Identify opportunities for automation together with business
- Create and maintain documentation and support UAT
- Create and maintain local RPAs
- Support end users and issue resolution
- Lead RPA initiatives
- Promote a culture of technological curiosity and continuous learning across the team
- Assist with rollout of internal applications
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, mathematics, accounting, finance or similar
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience
- Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
- Proven track record of RPA development experience
- Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
- Knowledge of accounting processes would be a strong advantage
- UiPath, Power apps, ServiceNow, SAP and other software and databases experience would be an advantage
