We're looking for experienced sales professionals who want a real product, high autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.
In this role, you will
- Handle incoming leads from marketing channels – no cold calling!
- Consult clients by phone, email, and online, guiding them through the entire journey
- Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Understand customer needs and provide expert advice before and after the sale
- Hit and exceed your goals – because effort always pays off here
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in German
- Good English for internal communication
- Proven B2C or B2B sales experience (phone, email, or online)
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems – a strong plus
