Job description
We’re looking for a motivated and hungry B2B Sales Manager to join our team and work with both Lithuanian and international markets. Walk15 is a fast-growing global initiative platform with over 1 million app users and thousands of B2B clients.
Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
Actively selling B2B solutions in Lithuania and abroad
Finding new clients and nurturing relationships with existing customers
Using sales tools and CRM to keep everything organized
What we’re looking for:
Strong skills in Lithuanian and English
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Great communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Experience with sales tools (CRM) is a bonus
A hungry mindset: eager to work hard, grow, and make a real impact
What you bring to the team:
A focus on achieving results and reaching sales goals
Understanding client needs and offering the right solutions
Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships
Being a team player who takes responsibility for their own outcomes
