Job description

As our B2B Sales Manager in Lithuania, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the B2B sales strategy in line with the Group’s overall direction. You will take ownership of the Lithuanian B2B market, build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. While this is currently an independent role, it offers the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position in the future as the business continues to grow.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Establish and develop the B2B sales function in Lithuania.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with the Group’s overall commercial objectives.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new business customers while building long-term partnerships.
  • Generate, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline within the Lithuanian market.
  • Build and maintain in-depth market knowledge through ongoing market research and - competitor analysis.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Group teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and support successful project execution.
  • Take ownership of sales performance in Lithuania, driving revenue growth and achieving agreed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales results, manage forecasts, track KPIs, and provide accurate reporting.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close contracts with new and existing customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective sales processes, routines, and best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of full-cycle sales from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiations and closing agreements.
  • A successful track record in reaching sales and revenue targets, ideally in professional AV, IT, technology, or another solution-based business environment.
  • The ability to think strategically and turn ideas into action by developing sales plans, identifying market opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Confidence in taking ownership of revenue-related goals, supported by good reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English skills, as well as higher education, preferably at BA or MA level.
  • A proactive, independent, and goal-oriented mindset — someone who is motivated by growth, long-term customer partnerships, and measurable business impact
  • The courage and persistence to build something new from the ground up, take ownership, and make decisions.

Salary

3000-4000 €/mon. gross
Additional performance-based bonuses may be paid depending on individual and company results. Total annual gross earning potential is approximately EUR 63,000–72,000, depending on experience level and achievement of agreed performance targets.
